Delivery time:
Normally, you will receive your items the day after your purchase; this mostly depends on when you place your order, how you pay, etc.
Delivery method:
We send small letters with PostNord up to 1kg and the rest with DHL.
If you choose free shipping, we will select the option that best suits your order, depending on size and weight.
For pick-up in Gävle, await an email with directions.
Additional Information:
All measurements are approximate, and on mailing bags, the measurements are specified with a flap.

Adhesive may dry out if stored for long periods. Try to use them within six months ideally. Store them closed.
The shade of color may differ from the photo and applies to all items.
Right of withdrawal and returns for private individuals:
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Contact us before returning, and we will send you a return label.
As the buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which we deduct before the refund is issued.
The item must be shipped no later than 14 days after you received the delivery.
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency.
Please note that if you purchase as a business, you have no right to return or withdrawal.
Complaints:
If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time (maximum 2 weeks), and we will assist you with the next steps.
Keep defective items, do not use them if you are going to make a complaint. We will send you a return label for the defective items.
Package Damage:
If you notice damage to the package, report it immediately to the person who delivers the package and make a damage report on the spot.
Do not pick up / accept a damaged package without making a damage report!
Unclaimed Packages:
If you do not pick up your goods from the agent, and they are returned to us, we will charge you 310 SEK including VAT for return shipping, fee, and handling. Applies per package.
Undelivered Pallet / Package:
DHL Pallets that cannot be delivered due to delivery obstacles such as closed, locked gates, closed for lunch etc. will be charged 320 SEK including VAT. DHL Packages that have not been delivered for similar reasons will be charged 145 SEK including VAT per shipment.
If there is no contact with DHL to arrange for renewed delivery or for you to pick up at the terminal, resulting in terminal rent for your goods, you will be charged afterwards.
GDPR:
General Data Protection Regulation is an EU regulation that regulates how we may process personal data.
We collect as little information as possible. Only the information required to complete the purchase.
If you want to order against Klarna invoice, Klarna must have your social security number.
Additionally, we need to know which products you are ordering and we need your email address and phone number to be able to contact you with delivery notifications, updated information, etc.
We save information for accounting reasons. We may need to provide evidence to the tax authority.
